At Shreeman Holidays, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer

  • 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus applicable processing fees.
  • 15–29 Days Before Departure: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

Cancellations by Shreeman Holidays

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Any additional bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Flight tickets once booked are non-refundable.
  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Hotel bookings marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any optional services or add-ons booked with us are non-refundable.

Changes and Rescheduling

  • Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and applicable fees.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before departure.

Force Majeure Clause

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will:

  • Offer a full refund or reschedule the trip without additional charges, subject to third-party policies.
  • Inform customers of any deductions imposed by airlines, hotels, or other vendors.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@shreemanholidays.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund process if applicable.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment email with further details.
